20 September On this day in 1628, Urban VIII issued his letter In cathedra principis from St. Mary Major, approving and promulgating the second Spanish Discalced edition of the Rule of Life for the Brothers of the Order of the Holy Trinity and of the Ransom of Captives. This papal Brief was granted ad perpetuam rei memoriam and gives the complete text of this edition of the Trinitarian Rule. 21 September

Marc Criado (+1569), priest of the Trinitarian Order and martyr. 25 September On this day in 1631, Urban VIII issued his letter Salutaribus apostoli monitis from St. Mary Major, approving and promulgating the third and final edition of the Rule of Life for the Spanish Discalced Brothers of the Order of the Most Holy Trinity and of the Ransom of Captives. 28 September Memorial of St. Simon de Rojas (+1624), priest of the Trinitarian Order. 29 September Michael Argemir of the Saints was born at Vich in Catalonia (Spain) on this day in in the year 1591. He was the seventh child born to Enrique Argemir and Margarita Mijana. Already a professed Trinitarian but wanting to live a more austere life, Michael Argemir of the Saints passed to the Spanish Discalced Observance and made his profession at Alcalá de Henares on this day in the year 1609. It was in this transition that Michael Argemir took the title "of the Saints". Simon de Rojas died in the Trinitarian house of Madrid on this day in the year 1624 and was buried there. He was one month shy of his 72nd birthday. 30 September Having entered the Trinitarian house of Barcelona at a very young age and having completed the year of Novitiate, Michael Argemir of the Saints made his religious profession there on this day in the year 1607.
